Terms of Service

1. The service

SignNet lets you connect shops on TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Amazon and Shopify, publish listings, process orders, route print-on-demand orders to suppliers, message buyers and read profit reports from one place.

SignNet is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a party to your agreements with any marketplace, supplier, payment provider or carrier. Their own terms continue to apply to your shops.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your login safe. Teammates you invite act under your account, within the role you give them.

Shops are connected through each marketplace's official authorization (OAuth). SignNet never asks for or stores your marketplace password, and you can revoke access from the marketplace at any time.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan covers one shop and has no time limit. Paid plans are priced by the number of connected shops per channel group and billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars, from your SignNet Pay balance.

Fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are not refundable for a period that has already started, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change; we announce changes at least 30 days before they apply to you.

If a plan is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept and reports remain exportable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to sell only goods you are allowed to sell, to follow each marketplace's policies and applicable consumer, tax and export law, and not to use SignNet to send spam, infringe intellectual property, manipulate marketplace systems or interfere with the service.

5. Your content and data

Listings, orders, messages and reports stay yours. You grant SignNet only the rights needed to operate the service for you, such as sending your listing data to a marketplace or an order to a supplier on your instruction.

You can export your data at any time and ask us to delete your account. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep SignNet available around the clock but cannot promise uninterrupted service, especially when a marketplace API changes or is down. We may add, change or retire features and will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce the service.

7. Liability

SignNet is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, SignNet LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, marketplace penalties or supplier errors, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

9. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SignNet LLC is registered. We may update them; the date above shows the current version and material changes are announced in the app or by email.
