Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This policy explains what SignNet LLC collects when you use signnet.io and the SignNet app, why, and the choices you have.

Account details: name, email, password hash, team roles and billing records.

Shop data you authorize us to access through marketplace APIs: listings, orders, buyer names and shipping addresses, messages, fees and settlements. We use it only to run the features you use.

Usage data: pages visited, actions in the app, browser and device type, and IP address, used for security, support and improving the service.

To operate SignNet: sync your shops, publish listings, process and fulfill orders, route print-on-demand orders to suppliers, calculate profit and send you service notices.

To keep accounts safe, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use buyer data for advertising.

Data is shared only where the service needs it: with the marketplaces you connect, with the suppliers and carriers you choose for an order, with payment providers for billing, and with hosting and email providers that process data on our behalf under contract.

We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of SignNet, its users or the public.

Shops are connected through OAuth. We store the access tokens a marketplace issues to SignNet, encrypted at rest, and never your marketplace password. Revoking SignNet in the marketplace ends our access.

Account and shop data are kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards so you can reactivate or export it. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and its data earlier.

signnet.io uses only the storage needed to remember your language choice and, in the app, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access tokens are encrypted, permissions are checked on the server for every request and team members only see the shops they are assigned to.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app or by email.
